Prenatal classes - now is the time to book! We recommend everyone takes a prenatal class if this will be your first baby. Local classes can be found at: https://journeyofbirth.ca/. Everyone deserves access to quality prenatal education - please speak to your midwife if you would like to take a class but need help to cover the cost.
